STEP 1/11
Wash mackerel with clean water before cooking. Wipe the inside of the fish well. Cut mackerel into 3 pieces to make it easy to eat. Don't throw away your head.

Prepare a pot and lay out half of the prepared kimchi.

Put the trimmed mackerel on top of the kimchi. Mackerel's head is put together for deep taste.

Put the leftover kimchi on top of the mackerel.

Prepare 2 spoons of minced garlic and 1 spoon of sesame seeds.

Prepare 3 spoons of Mirim or Soju.
STEP 7/11
Prepare 3 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of soy sauce, and 1 spoon of sesame oil.

Prepare 1 spoon of red pepper powder, chopped green onions, and onions. We also prepare 10 whole garlic together, but if you don't have it, you don't have to put it in.
STEP 9/11
Prepare 360ml of water.
STEP 10/11
Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Steamed mackerel kimchi is done. Kimchi never disappoints you!! All the ingredients match so well and even if you don't have enough cooking skills, I think you can succeed to a certain extent if you add kimchi.
