Chinese noodles are expensive and take a long time to boil, so I think this method is so good!

Mix potato starch and water 1:1 ratio

Transfer starch water to a microwave-safe dish (depending on the size of the bowl, I have a thin sheet of Chinese noodles in 3 1/2 spoons.)

Microwave it for 30 seconds

Cool the bowl out of the microwave immediately with cold water and gently drain
STEP

Cut it into big pieces like Chinese noodles

To celebrate it, I added onion, garlic, milk, cheese, buldak noodle sauce, and Chinese noodles and stir-fried them
