Making Chinese noodles with potato starch (using microwave)
Chinese noodles are expensive and take a long time to boil, so I think this method is so good!

Ingredients
  • potato starch
    50ml
  • Water
    50ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Mix potato starch and water 1:1 ratio
STEP 2/6
Transfer starch water to a microwave-safe dish (depending on the size of the bowl, I have a thin sheet of Chinese noodles in 3 1/2 spoons.)
STEP 3/6
Microwave it for 30 seconds
STEP 4/6
Cool the bowl out of the microwave immediately with cold water and gently drain
STEP 5/6
Cut it into big pieces like Chinese noodles
STEP 6/6
To celebrate it, I added onion, garlic, milk, cheese, buldak noodle sauce, and Chinese noodles and stir-fried them
