You can use the octopus peel as it is, but if you don't want it to get stuck while chewing, pull it out.

Put all the seasoning ingredients except sesame oil and pepper in a pan and boil over medium heat. If you want to stir-fry it neatly, remove the minced garlic and add about 5 whole garlic pieces.

I put a spoon of red pepper powder in the sauce, but it doesn't affect the taste, so if you're going to eat it with a very young child, you can take out red pepper powder
