I'm going to cook rice with barley. Brown rice is not good for people with weak digestion. So instead of brown rice, I cook rice with barley and eat it well, and most of all, barley is rich in dietary fiber. Wash one cup of barley and one cup of rice and soak it for about 30 minutes.
