Prepare the ingredients!!!

Add flour, sugar, salt, makgeolli, and eggs and mix well.

It's okay if it's the concentration that's dripping!!!

Cover with plastic wrap and make two or three holes.

In summer, use an electric pad for 2 hours at room temperature and in winter, cover with a blanket at 45 degrees and ferment it for 1 hour and 30 minutes. If the dough swells twice as much, fermentation is complete!!!

Prepare the sweet red bean jelly by cutting it into small pieces. (There are a lot of pictures because they're three.)
STEP 7/12
Mix the prepared beans, raisins and red beans into the fermented dough.
STEP 8/12
Coat the pot inside the electric rice cooker with cooking oil.
STEP 9/12
Put it in a rice cooker and close the lid.
STEP 10/12
Start cooking for 45 minutes in the steaming mode of the electric rice cooker!!!
STEP 11/12
If the dough doesn't come off when you poke it with chopsticks, it's all cooked.
