Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Mash a box of spam in a plastic bag.
STEP 2/15
Chop an onion.
STEP 3/15
Pour cooking oil three to four times in a pan heated over medium heat, add crushed spam, and stir-fry it until it is firm.
* You can remove the unique smell of canned ham by frying it with a firm texture as much as possible, so stir-fry it until it turns brown.

When the spam turns golden, reduce the heat, add 2T of minced garlic, 1 onion, and stir-fry again over medium heat.

When onions become transparent, reduce heat and stir-fry 2T of sugar.

Add 4T of soy sauce to the edge of the pan, boil over medium heat, and mix well.

After making it up to here, put half of it aside for spam rice bowl.

Put the rice in a bowl and put the stir-fried spam on it.
STEP 9/15
Add fried eggs or egg yolk and seaweed flakes to complete spam rice.

Put 4T of soy sauce in 2L of water and boil spaghetti noodles.
STEP 11/15
Add 4T of ketchup to the spam stir-fry prepared above and mix well.
* Add four drops of ketchup

11 Put the boiled spaghetti noodles in the sauce and stir-fry 200ml of soy sauce noodles.
STEP 13/15
Add 1T of vinegar to 12 and mix well.
STEP 14/15
Remove from heat and add 1T of ketchup and mix.

Put the pasta in a bowl and sprinkle plenty of pepper to complete it.
