STEP 1/10
Wash the sweet potatoes clean and put them in a pot and fill them with 2/3 water. Then turn on the heat and boil the water. Cover it.

When the water starts to boil, lower the heat to medium and simmer for about 30 minutes. Boil the sweet potatoes in between.

If the water boils down a lot, please replenish the water and be careful not to burn. And cook it until it goes in well when you poke it with chopsticks

Peel the ripe sweet potatoes.

Mash the peeled sweet potatoes well when they are hot.

Put the mashed sweet potatoes in a pot and add about 150ml of milk.

Add 1t of salt to this and bring to a boil while stirring well over high heat.

When the sweet potato porridge starts to boil, add a little more milk and bring to a boil. You can adjust the amount of milk according to your preference. I wanted it to be a little watery, so I added about 150ml of milk.

When the sweet potato porridge boils, turn off the heat, put it in a bowl, and mix with 2 to 3 drops of sesame oil.

The soft and sweet potato porridge is done.
