How to make soft tofu Mapa tofu
You know tofu is good for your body, diet, and menopausal women, right? It's because the ingredients of beans and tofu are similar to those of female hormones. I like all tofu dishes, but especially mapo tofu, which is spicy and salty, has an irresistible charm. Dotty and Herbie always make a bowl of rice if it's mapa tofu that I make. Usually, I make Mapa Tofu with regular tofu, but today, I made it with soft tofu. Mapa tofu made with regular tofu has a soft texture, so it's a new taste. If you just eat tofu, the seasoning doesn't soak into the inside, so it can be bland, but if you eat it with the sauce, the seasoning is perfect. Mapa tofu sauce is delicious, so you can mix soft, spicy, and salty mapa tofu with rice and eat it as a dish.

  • Sesame oil

  • crushed garlic
    2spoon
  • chopped ginger

  • brewed soy sauce
    3spoon
  • Sugar
    1spoon
  • Soju
    1spoon
  • Water
    1/2cup
  • potato starch
    1/3spoon

Cooking Steps

Mix the sauce and water well.

Mix starch powder well with water.
STEP 3/6
Stir-fry oil, garlic, and ginger in a heated frying pan and release garlic oil.

Place the soft tofu in a pan, slice it, and pour it upside down.
STEP 5/6
Pour in the sauce, please. If you mix it, the soft tofu will break, so be careful and boil it over medium heat to mix the seasoning well. When the sauce boils, scoop and pour over the soft tofu.

Mix starch well and add 1/2 teaspoon.
Add sesame oil and wrap it up.
