STEP 1/6
The octopus leaves one leg as a whole and cuts the rest thinly or into cubes to your liking. Prepare garlic by mashing it slightly.
STEP 2/6
Wash frozen octopus slightly in running water, put it in the steamer when it steams, close the lid, and steam it for only 1-2 minutes.(Fully defrosted octopus in refrigerator can be used immediately.)
STEP 3/6
Originally, boiled potatoes are used in Polppo. Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes and saute them lightly in a pan. I used the salad I made today.
STEP 4/6
Put garlic in a pan with plenty of olive oil to give it a taste.
STEP 5/6
When the garlic scent comes up, add 2T of red pepper powder and stir-fry it. Think of it as making chili oil.
STEP 6/6
When the pepper oil and garlic scent are full, add octopus and stir-fry quickly within 1 minute. Place on a plate and finish with paprika powder, pepper and parsley.
Octopus, which has already been boiled and frozen, must be steamed short and stir-fried quickly so that it can be eaten deliciously without being tough.
