Spinach Peanut Seasoning Recipe Making Chinese Spinach Seasoning
Do you like seasoned spinach? For me, Korean-style spinach salad is a dish that I don't like or dislike, and I don't have any special feelings(?). If someone asks if you like Chinese spinach, I think you can say, "Totally!" If you ask, "Does it taste that different?" I can answer, "Yes." Basically, the seasoning of Korean spinach is usually seasoned with sesame oil, garlic, and salt, soy sauce, and fish sauce according to your taste. Chinese seasoned spinach is characterized by a lot of oil (very much) with vinegar, and the sourness with vinegar is the biggest difference compared to Korean seasoned spinach. Shall we make it?

If spinach is large, slice and season well.
STEP 25/26
