STEP 8/26
Prepare ingredients for seasoning.
STEP 9/26
This is Chinese soy sauce and vinegar, but if you don't have it, please use the soy sauce and vinegar you use at home.
STEP 10/26
First, chop up the garlic.
Put the minced garlic in a bowl to season.
STEP 11/26
Put a ton of sesame seeds in a bowl.
STEP 12/26
Cut dried Vietnamese peppers and put them in.
STEP 13/26
Pour 2/3 cups of cooking oil and bring to a low heat.

Add peanuts and fry them.
I used roasted peanuts and took them out quickly.
STEP 15/26
Sieve the fried peanuts to drain the oil.
STEP 16/26
I will use the fried peanut oil as it is in the seasoning. It's made by pouring hot oil, so don't cool it down and use it hot.
STEP 17/26
Pour hot oil into bowl of seasoning ingredients.
STEP 18/26
Then add 1/2t of chicken stock.
STEP 19/26
