Cover the cabbage with plastic wrap and cook in the microwave just enough to make it soft.
I turned it around for 3 minutes, checked it, and then turned it around for 3 minutes.

Fish cakes and green onions that were washed in hot running water
Cutting into similar lengths

Cut tofu into sticks

Put tofu, fish cake, green onion in cabbage and roll it.
Add as many fish cakes and green onions as you want.

Divide the rolled cabbage into two halves

Pour about two cups of stock into a pot. I stayed abroad while cooking and used organic chicken broth, but the broth is good these days, so use good ones such as vegetable broth and beef broth. Beef bone broth is good, too.

Roll it and if you have extra cabbage leaves, put some on the bottom
Add the cabbage rolls one by one.
STEP 8/11
Pour the broth over the cabbage.

Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
STEP 10/11
Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and boil it. The seasoning is as good as the seasoning.

Dip it in vinegar soy sauce. The cabbage is sweet and the fish cake has a savory taste, so it is light and clean. I didn't know cabbage dishes were this delicious before. ^^*
