    1handful
  • thick soy sauce

    1TS
  • Sesame

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Cut the eggplant into bite-sized pieces. I soaked a dried wood ear mushroom in water and it got really big, so it's a handful. Cut the tree ear mushrooms into smaller pieces than the eggplants.
STEP 2/3
Stir-fry a handful of wood ear mushrooms and 2 eggplants with 1.5 tablespoons of cooking oil, then stir-fry with 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 4 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of honey.
STEP 3/3
When the eggplant is cooked, turn off the gas stove and add a tablespoon of perilla oil and sesame seeds.
The seasoning may vary depending on the size of the eggplant, so you can add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, taste it later, and add another spoon. If you don't have honey, you can add oligosaccharide.
