Making dried pollack soup with savory and hot hangover
It's the best hangover soup because it has a refreshing taste with low fat! I boiled it for lunch and hangover to soothe my thick stomach the previous day. A must-recommend food for drinkers that is rich in amino acids that protect the liver! I'll show you the recipe for making dried pollack soup for hangover.

Ingredients
  • dried pollack
    30g
  • Bean sprouts
    100g
  • Radish
    100g
  • leek
    1/2ea
  • kelp broth
    800ml
  • perilla oil
    1T
  • salted anchovies
    1T
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1T
  • dried pollack
    1T
  • Eggs
    2piece
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Slice radish thinly and soak dried pollack in kelp stock. I cut the big ones once.
STEP 2/4
Put radish in the soaked dried pollack and boil it with perilla oil. I can see the soup getting milky. I added dried pollack powder. It's a powder made by grinding dried pollack. You can skip it and boil it. Season with anchovy sauce and soy sauce.
STEP 3/4
I added a handful of bean sprouts to enhance the cool taste.
STEP 4/4
When the bean sprouts are about to ripen 90%, combine the chopped green onion and 2 eggs and put them in the soup. Leave it there for about 10 seconds and stir with a cross. Turn off the heat immediately and close the lid to complete it with moxibustion.
