STEP 1/6
Prepare garlic and onions by chopping them into particles and roasting them.
STEP 2/6
Add stir-fried garlic and onions to minced beef and pork, and add salt, pepper, egg water, bread powder, and starch powder to mature evenly.
STEP 3/6
Cut the perilla leaves finely, soak them in cold water, and when they become fresh, take them out and put them in the aged meat.
STEP 4/6
Make the meat with perilla leaves in the shape of hamburger steak, which is 4cm in diameter, and cook it with olive oil in a pan.
STEP 5/6
Boil dried peppers, green onions, garlic, wine, low-salt soy sauce, oligosaccharide, and sugar in a pot, then chop up tomatoes (2/3 of them), boil them down, and strain them through a sieve.
STEP 6/6
Slice the remaining tomatoes using the original shape and lay them on a plate, put the cooked hamburger steak on top, and fry the half-cooked egg one by one and place them on top of the cooked hamburger steak.
I caught the smell of the meat with the scent of perilla leaves.
We made a low-salt sauce using peppers, wine, and tomatoes to lower the sodium content.
