Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Slice the potatoes and shred the onions.
STEP 2/6
Boil potatoes in boiling water (5 cups) for 7 minutes.
STEP 3/6
Put butter on a heated pan over medium heat and stir-fry onions for 3 to 5 minutes.
STEP 4/6
Grind boiled potatoes, onions, and milk in a blender.
STEP 5/6
Boil the ground ingredients in a pot over low heat for 3 minutes to adjust the concentration.
STEP 6/6
Season with salt and pepper and put commercial cruises and parsley powder on top.
We reduced the sodium content by boiling only vegetables and milk instead of broth. You can make low-salt soup more delicious with spices such as herbs and whole pepper.
