Wash cucumbers clean and cut them diagonally in half. You don't have to remove the skin.

Peel and wash the onions and shred them similar to the thickness of cucumbers.

Add 1T of thick salt and mix gently and marinate for about 10 minutes. This process produces less water.

Rinse it under running water to remove the saltiness, support it with a sieve, and use a kitchen towel to slightly remove the remaining moisture from the vegetables.

Add minced garlic.

Add the rest of the ingredients.

Mix it well and it's done.
Only after the process of removing moisture, there is little water, so even during refrigeration, the seasoning is not fresh or bland, so you can eat it deliciously.
