Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Soak pork back ribs in cold water for 20 minutes to remove blood.
STEP 2/13
Cut the bloodless back ribs into appropriate sizes.

Boil back ribs, water, garlic, and soju in a pot for 10 minutes.

Wash boiled back ribs in clean water.

Cut radish into 2 to 3cm thick ginkgo leaves.
