Making savory and delicious stir-fried cabbage and cabbage green
Cabbage is delicious because it is savory even if you eat it as it is, but sometimes it becomes a delicious side dish even if you season or stir-fry it like a vegetable. I made stir-fried cabbage with cabbage after a long time.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Remove layer by layer and rinse thoroughly under running water.
STEP 2/8
Cut the cabbage to your liking. I cut it to the size of kimchi.
STEP 3/8
Add chopped cabbage to boiling water, add a little salt, and blanch for about 2 minutes.
STEP 4/8
Rinse the blanched cabbage in cold water and squeeze the water out and put it in a pan.
STEP 5/8
Add a moderate amount of cooking oil here, add 0.5T of minced garlic, and stir-fry over high heat for about 1 minute.
STEP 6/8
Add 3T of brewed soy sauce, 0.5T of red pepper powder, 1T of oyster sauce, and 1/3T of sugar, and stir-fry again. If you stir-fry it, the soup forms. Stir-fry until the soup is small.
STEP 7/8
When it's done, turn off the heat and add 0.5T of sesame oil and a little bit of pepper and mix well.
