Making oatmeal kimchi porridge
I made porridge with oatmeal using kimchi and bean sprouts.

Cooking Steps

I prepared ingredients. If there's broth, please prepare the broth. I used a broth. You can just boil it with water.

Chop the kimchi into small pieces.
STEP 3/5
Pour water into the pot, add one piece of broth, add kimchi, and bring to a boil. When it boils, add oatmeal, stir well, and bring to a boil. Please adjust the heat to medium low.
STEP 4/5
If the oatmeal is somewhat swollen, add bean sprouts and bring to a boil.
STEP 5/5
Boil the soup until it boils down, add 1T of perilla oil at the end, and turn off the heat.
The recommended daily amount of oatmeal is about 40g. Don't eat too much. Bring to a boil while stirring to a good blow of oatmeal and sprinkle with seaweed or seaweed flakes as a finishing touch.
