Cooking Steps

Prepare 101g cabbage by slicing it thinly.

Cut 23g of carrots and 37g of onions in a similar thickness to cabbage.

Cover and cook egg yolk on low heat for about 3 minutes. (Use a pan with a lid.)

After 3 minutes, open the lid and if the surface of the egg yolk is cooked, the recipe for egg cabbage pancake is complete. (I sprinkled parsley powder as an option.)
It is better to use a deep frying pan and a frying pan with a lid. When putting the dough on top, put it in a slightly thick thickness. If you cook the egg yolk over high heat, the bottom will burn easily, so make sure to cook it over low heat.
