How to make a carrot salad with a deal

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare 2 medium carrots (400g) about 15cm in size by chopping them with a knife
STEP 2/6
Add 1 teaspoon of salt and sugar to the shredded carrots and marinate for about 20 minutes
STEP 3/6
While the carrots are pickled, cut the lemon in half and juice it.
STEP 4/6
Slice a 15cm-long dill.
STEP 5/6
Squeeze the water out of the pickled carrots with your hands
STEP 6/6
Dill in drained carrot, 2T olive oil, 2T whole grain mustard,
Add 2T of lemon juice, 1T of honey, and 1t of sugar and mix them evenly to complete the carrot laffe.
If you make it with 2 carrots (400Gg), it's enough to fill a 500ml bottle.
