Baby Tofu Steak Frying Pan vs Air Fryer Comparison
Tofu steak that I made while thinking about how to feed vegetables more deliciously to a baby who doesn't eat vegetables. I liked the soft and light taste!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, wrap the tofu in a cotton cloth to remove moisture from the tofu and remove the moisture by pressing it down. Put the dehydrated tofu in a bowl.

Put all the prepared vegetables and shrimps in the chaperone and chop them finely.

Put the ground vegetables and shrimp in the tofu
Add an egg and mix well.

I added starch powder. The amount of starch powder depends on the moisture level of the ingredients. You can make the dough into a texture that you can make with your hands.

Grease the pan and bake until golden brown. The chopped vegetables need to be cooked well, so please cook them well over medium low heat.

When cooking with an air fryer
Cook at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
It depends on the specification of F, so please check it from time to time!
I compared frying pan and air fryer For me, the grilled F was much more savory and delicious! Just keep that in mind.
