STEP 1/16
Prepare 200g for salmon steak at home. Salmon doesn't matter if it's fillet, steak, or roasting.
STEP 2/16
Cut the salmon into bite-size pieces, then season with 1 spoon of cooking wine, salt and pepper. You can do it for at least five minutes.
STEP 3/16
Prepare the pepper.
STEP 4/16
Wash the dried peppers clean, cut the top, and cut them into 2~3 pieces to make them easy to eat. I made a hole with a fork so that the seasoning would soak well.
STEP 5/16
I'll prepare garlic, too.
STEP 6/16
Prepare onions and shred them thinly.
STEP 7/16
I made the sauce in advance so that it's easy to pour it all at once. Stir well to dissolve sugar and oligosaccharide.
STEP 8/16
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat and grill the seasoned salmon first.
STEP 9/16
Cook it until golden. So that the salmon doesn't break!!! Carefully turn it upside down and bake.
STEP 10/16
When the salmon is almost done, add the pepper, garlic, and onion all at once.
STEP 11/16
And pour all the sauce right away. You can keep the heat medium to low until the end.
STEP 12/16
Now all you have to do is put the sauce evenly on all the ingredients and boil them down.
STEP 13/16
Cook the salmon with a spoon, toss it over again, and turn over the kkari peppers and garlic once at a time.
STEP 14/16
The sauce is disappearing.
STEP 15/16
Boil it until you have 3 to 4 spoons of sauce left, and it's done! I turned off the heat and sprinkled pepper one more time.
STEP 16/16
If you put it on a plate, it becomes too plausible and delicious even if you put it roughly.
Normal cooking oil is also possible, of course, instead of olive oil!
Salmon doesn't matter if it's fillet, steak, or grilled.
Chili peppers are a must.
