Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
1. Wash quail eggs clean and drain
STEP 2/4
2. Wash the whole garlic and cut off the top
STEP 3/4
3. Place 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of starch syrup, and 80ml of water in a pot over low heat.
STEP 4/4
4. Add quail eggs, onions, whole garlic, and paprika together and let it sleep over high heat for 5 minutes
Add whole garlic and paprika if you have them at home and skip them if you don't. It's good to make it with konjac^^
