How to prepare bellflower roots
I cut the bellflower root separately to make tea
If you cut off a bit of the brain head and rub it with a filler, you can peel it easily
Another way is to soak bellflower roots in water and blow them off with an onion net
If you soak it in water for a long time, it's better to shave it with a filler because the nutrients go away and the bitter taste goes away~
Soak the peeled bellflower in 1 spoonful of vinegar and remove the bitter taste for about an hour
