Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
We prepare 40g of oatmeal because it's for one person.
Defrost frozen shrimp in advance and drain.
I prepared jumbo shrimp, so I cut it in half because it was a little big.
And chop the onions and carrots and prepare them.

Put perilla oil or 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry chopped onions first.

When onions become transparent, stir-fry minced carrots and defrosted shrimp.
Stir-fry shrimp gently over low heat until they are cooked and red.

When the shrimp is done, add 300ml of water and pour 40g of oatmeal.
Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and bring to a boil over medium-low heat.
When the porridge starts to boil and boils up, lower the heat to low and stir for another minute.
