Seojin's Gimbap Making Jung Yu-mi Bulgogi Gimbap Recipe

  • instant rice

  • dried seaweed for kimbap
    1.5piece
  • Bulgogi
    100g
  • Cucumber
    1/4ea
  • Carrot
    1/4ea
  • Sesame leaf

  • Pickled radish
    1ea
  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Stir-fry beef bulgogi by marinating it in seasoning.
Stir-fry it so that there's no soup.
STEP 2/8
Season the rice with sesame oil and sesame seeds, and set the necessary ingredients on a plate.
STEP 3/8
Spread the rice evenly on the laver.
Spread the rice quickly before it gets cold.
STEP 4/8
Place half-cut gimbap laver on top of the rice.
STEP 5/8
Put 3 perilla leaves on top of seaweed.
STEP 6/8
Place cucumber, carrot, and pickled radish on top of perilla leaf.
STEP 7/8
Place beef bulgogi on top of vegetables.
STEP 8/8
Hold it tightly and roll it up and cut it, and you're done with beef gimbap.
If you add perilla leaves and green lettuce, it's crunchy and more delicious.
Stir-fry beef bulgogi thoroughly without moisture.
