[Baby strawberry snack] Making strawberry jelly with agar powder
A special snack for a baby who likes strawberries. I tend to carry it around and eat it, so there are many times when I spill strawberry water. I made strawberry jelly that you can eat neatly so that you don't spill strawberry water! It's made of agar powder so you don't have to worry about getting stuck in the baby's throat I can eat it.

Ingredients
  • Strawberry
    8piece
  • agar
    2g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
After wearing plastic gloves, crush 8 clean strawberries by hand to juice them.
STEP 2/6
Use a filter to filter out the seeds and hard parts of the strawberries and juice them.
STEP 3/6
Prepare 100ml of strawberry juice and 2g of agar powder
Mix agar powder in strawberry juice beforehand.
STEP 4/6
Pour the mixture of strawberry juice and agar into a pot and turn off the heat when it starts to boil over high heat.
STEP 5/6
Pour a spoonful of jelly into a silicone mold and let it harden in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
STEP 6/6
After 30 minutes, press the back of the silicon mold with your finger and take out the jelly.
Unfortunately, if you take it out after 30 minutes, the jelly hasn't hardened.
It is important to measure the amount of ingredients accurately! If there is less agar powder than the amount of strawberry juice, it doesn't harden well.
