First, I will boil the beef and make the broth. Add 1/2 onion, 1 green onion, 5 whole pepper and beef rump to 500ml water and bring to a boil for 30 minutes.

Boil the stock again, add minced garlic, radish, and beef when it boils, and add shiitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, and green onions when the radish is cooked.
The point is to use the meat broth as it is!
Don't throw away the broth and make sure to use it
