Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
First, I will boil the beef and make the broth. Add 1/2 onion, 1 green onion, 5 whole pepper and beef rump to 500ml water and bring to a boil for 30 minutes.
STEP 2/5
After 30 minutes, remove the meat and chop it into small pieces.
STEP 3/5
Boil the stock again, add minced garlic, radish, and beef when it boils, and add shiitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, and green onions when the radish is cooked.

Add 2T of baby soy sauce for seasoning
Add salt to the insufficient liver.
STEP 5/5
When the ingredients are all cooked
Add 1 beaten egg and stir lightly and turn off the heat when the egg is cooked.
