STEP 1/11
Cut carrots, zucchinis, and potatoes into cubes of similar sizes, and shred onions.
Prepare 160g of pork and 2 pieces of solid curry.
STEP 2/11
Add 57g of sliced onions and 2 tablespoons of grape seed oil in a pan and stir-fry them over medium heat until the onions are soft.
STEP 3/11
Add 160g of pork and a pinch of salt and stir-fry until the meat is slightly cooked. (You can add salt after stir-frying the meat.)
STEP 4/11
Add carrots, zucchini, and potatoes and stir-fry for 40 seconds to 1 minute, then stir-fry about 1 pinch of salt so that the seasoning is soaked in the vegetables.
STEP 5/11
Add 500ml of water and stir and boil over high heat.
STEP 6/11
When the water boils up, change it to medium heat and boil it for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
STEP 7/11
After 5 minutes, poke the potatoes and carrots with a toothpick to see if they are cooked. (If the vegetables are undercooked, boil a little more.)
STEP 8/11
When vegetables are cooked, add 2 pieces of solid curry and toss.
STEP 9/11
Stir the solid curry to dissolve well and boil it for 1-2 minutes until it becomes a little thick before tasting it.
If it feels salty, add water and boil it a little more if it's bland. (Personally, I added 50ml of water and boiled it a little more.)
STEP 10/11
Lastly, add 0.5 tablespoons of ketchup and toss it and turn off the gas stove.
