Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Boiled bacon rice cake
Ingredients: 24 tteokbokki tteok. 12 slices of bacon. Kkoji
Seasoning: 1 cup of water. Oyster sauce 2T. Soy sauce 1T. Oligosaccharide 1T and a half (or starch syrup). Cooking wine 1T. Sugar 1T. Pepper powder small amount. A small amount of ginger powder (as much as a grain of rice)
=> My measurement is 1T for a spoonful of rice..One cup of paper cup is one cup.
1. If it's hard, blanch it slightly in boiling water (about 30 seconds) and rinse it in cold water to drain.
2. Cut the bacon in half and prepare. Put tteokbokki rice cake in the bacon, roll it, and stick it in with a skewer.
==> Disinfect the skewer in boiling water before using it. You can stick 2 or 3 skewers in.
3. Put bacon in a frying pan and 1 cup water. Oyster sauce 2T. Soy sauce 1T. Oligosaccharide 1T and a half (or starch syrup). 1T of cooking wine. 1T of sugar 1T.
a small amount of pepper. Add a small amount of ginger powder (as much as a grain of rice) and when it boils over high heat, reduce it to medium heat and boil it down for 5 to 6 minutes. Continue to pour the sauce with the spoon.. If you turn the KEPCO skewer upside down in the middle, it's good to cut evenly in the sauce.
=> Cooking wine is mirin.It refers to commercially available cooking techniques such as Mihyang, Mijeong, and Cheongju.
=> If there is no ginger powder, it can be omitted.
STEP 2/8
Fish gas sandwich (3-4 pieces)
Ingredients: 200g of pollack. Flour. Eggs. Bread crumbs. Cooking oil. Fine salt. A small amount of pepper powder, bread, lettuce. onion
Sauce: Sauce mixed with mustard and mayonnaise in a 1:1 ratio
==> You can spread tartar sauce over fish gas.
1. Dongtaepo is naturally defrosted. (Press the water with a kitchen towel to remove it. You may use codfish.)
Sprinkle a small amount of fine salt and pepper powder on the pollack and season it.
==> Season it and coat it with flour -> egg water -> bread crumbs and fry it until golden brown to complete the fish gas.
2. Wash the lettuce and drain it completely.
Soak onions in cold water for about 10 minutes to remove the spicy smell and remove the water.
STEP 3/8
3. Prepare the bread by baking it slightly in a toaster. Spread a 1:1 ratio of mayonnaise and mustard sauce on one side of the bread. Put lettuce on top of it, put fish gas on top of it, and put onions on the ringside, and cover it with bread with sauce.
==> It's delicious because it's light without any special sauce. Do not season sweetly with fish gas.

STEP 4/8
Gimbap (4 lines)
Ingredients: 2 and a half bowls of rice. Sesame oil 1T. Sesame. Fine salt 1/2T. Grilled seaweed for kimbap 4 sheets. Egg garnish. Ham. Crab meat. cucumber and pickled radish
=> Prepare ingredients to suit your preference.
1. Slightly marinate cucumbers, rinse them in cold water, drain them with cotton cloth, and stir-fry them slightly (just a little bit of cooking oil coated on the pan). (If you stir-fry them slightly, they won't become moist over time.)
2. Prepare your favorite ingredients for kimbap.
STEP 5/8
3. Put 1T of sesame oil, sesame seeds, and 1/2T of fine salt in 2 and a half bowls of rice for seasoning.
4. Put a piece of seaweed on top of the seaweed and spread the rice thinly.

Cut a piece of dried seaweed in half and put it on top of the rice... Put the ingredients inside the gimbap on top of it.
After that, the ingredients inside the gimbap are gathered in the middle and the side of the gimbap doesn't pop well.
Don't cut the kimbap right after you make it, but cut it after 5 to 10 minutes.. If you grill a knife on fire, put a wet cloth on the knife, or cut it while applying sesame oil to the knife, it will be cut beautifully.

==> The fried tofu rice ball in the picture is cooked with ground beef seasoning in a commercial fried tofu rice ball that can be easily made after the seasoning is done..I stir-fried carrots and mixed them with rice.
STEP 7/8
Braised chicken sticks
Ingredients: 1 pack of chicken sticks (500g). Milk. 1T minced garlic. 1/2T salt. Pepper powder.
Seasoning for braised chicken: 10T of soy sauce. 1 cup and a half of water. Cooking wine 5T. Minced garlic 1T. Oligosaccharide 6T (or starch syrup). Oyster sauce 1T.2T of sugar. 1/2 green onion. Small amount of pepper powder.
1. After purchasing a pack of chicken sticks, wash them, pour enough milk to cover the chicken sticks, add minced garlic 1T. Salt 1/2T. Put a small amount of pepper powder, and marinate them in the refrigerator for more than an hour. (To remove the smell of dirt)
2. Wash the chicken sticks one by one in cold water for more than an hour, blanch them in boiling water for about 20 seconds, and rinse them in cold water.
