Making super simple tteokbokki at home (cheese rice cake)
When you miss the taste of tteokbokki that your mom made for you when you were young, you can easily cook it and eat it!

  • Tteokbokki and rice cake
    600g
  • fish cake

  • boiled egg
    3~4piece
  • leek

  • Slice cheese

  • red pepper paste

  • Red pepper powder
    1/2T
  • Oligosaccharide
    3T
  • ginger powder

  • Sugar

  • Soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash tteokbokki rice cake in cold water, put it in a pan, and put it in water so that the rice cake is submerged. (If you have beef bone broth, add it instead of water.)
STEP 2/6
Mix the amount of seasoning such as red pepper paste and oligosaccharide well in one place, put it in a pan with rice cake, and boil it together.
STEP 3/6
When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium and boil it down.
STEP 4/6
When the soup is boiled down to 1/3 of the water, cut the fish cake into a triangle or square shape and put it in.
STEP 5/6
When the fish cake has some seasoning, add the sliced green onions.
STEP 6/6
Toss the green onion until it dies, then put the boiled egg and slice cheese on top and finish.
It's good for nutrition if you put in small vegetables like cabbage at home. I strongly recommend popping the yolk of the boiled egg and eating it with tteokbokki soup.
