STEP 1/7
Prepare the beans in one cup of mug and wash them thoroughly.
STEP 2/7
Pour 4 cups of water into a pot of beans with a mug measuring beans.
STEP 3/7
Prepare a little kelp, rinse it under running water, put it in a pot, and turn on the heat. The soy sauce overflows well, so open the lid and cook.
STEP 4/7
Add 2 spoons of sugar and reduce to medium heat when it boils up with foam. Cook for 20 minutes.
STEP 5/7
Add 7 spoons of soy sauce and 2 spoons of cooking wine and boil it down for 15 minutes.
STEP 6/7
Add 2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide and simmer until slightly moistened.
STEP 7/7
Sprinkle sesame seeds on it and put it in a bowl
A tip for braised beans that are not hard to put sugar in the soy sauce first and heat it up!
Rather than boiling it until there is no soup in the bean sauce, it's good to keep it moist when you eat it.
