Making rice croquette with rice with 4 sushi rice!
I was thinking about what would be good to eat with cold buckwheat noodles, and I wanted to make chicken cutlet, but I didn't have chicken tenderloin or chicken leg meat, so I made it with shrimp fried rice. Simple but not simple rice croquette but guaranteed taste! And rice croquette, which is perfect for children who don't like vegetables

Cooking Steps

Chop the vegetables.

Stir-fry vegetables first, then add shrimp and cold rice to make fried rice. (If you make it with warm rice, the texture of fried rice can be as thick as rice cake!)

Shape fried rice into the right size.

Coat the molded fried rice in the order of flour, egg water, and bread crumbs.

Cook the surface as if rolling over medium-low heat in a lightly oiled pan. (The fried rice is already cooked, so I didn't need to add too much oil and just cooked the surface slightly.)

It's good to chop vegetables into small pieces and stir-fry shrimp. If the vegetables or shrimp particles are big, it's hard to make them round.
