If it's frozen bar rice cake, soak it in water and remove the water. Pyeon-stor and Ryu Su-young's rice cake skewers cut green onions the same as the thickness of the rice cake. The green onions in the refrigerator were already shredded, so I only used the thick ones.

Turn off the gas stove, add the rice cake, put in the cooking oil, turn on the gas stove, and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat. If you refer to the original recipe, you have to stir-fry green onions like garaetteok. Since the size of the green onion is small, I put the green onion in the middle and stir-fry it. The reason why green onions go in is because it helps with the greasy taste.

Spread the ingredients evenly and add the flour water and bake over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Hold the pan and shake it. If it falls off well, it's done. If you fail to control the heat, the flour may burn, so cook slowly over low heat.

Turn over the plate that fits the size of the rice cake skewer and turn over the pan so that the rice cake skewer can be put on the plate. And spread the prepared rice cake skewer sauce. Don't put too much rice cake skewer from the beginning, but put it on little by little, and if it's not enough, put it on top and eat it.
