Ryu Sooyoung's snack that keeps on thinking of rice cake skewers
When you're worried about children's snacks, make a tray of rice cake skewers. I often wonder what kind of snacks I should make for the bar rice cake I keep in the freezer. There are times when I get bored because I can't stick to the same tteokbokki. I made snacks with Ryu Sooyoung's rice cake skewers. Ryu Sooyoung made a tray of rice cake skewers using wheat cake. If it's garaetteok, I think it'll be all right. I think it'll be a delicious snack recipe using rice cake soup.

Cooking Steps

If it's frozen bar rice cake, soak it in water and remove the water. Pyeon-stor and Ryu Su-young's rice cake skewers cut green onions the same as the thickness of the rice cake. The green onions in the refrigerator were already shredded, so I only used the thick ones.

Add 60ml of water to 1.5 tbsp flour and a pinch of salt and mix well. I made the recipe by cutting it in half from garaetteok to seasoning. It's better to make the sauce now. It would be good to remember the sauce for rice cake skewers and use it as a sauce in the Sotteok Sotteok recipe.

Turn off the gas stove, add the rice cake, put in the cooking oil, turn on the gas stove, and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat. If you refer to the original recipe, you have to stir-fry green onions like garaetteok. Since the size of the green onion is small, I put the green onion in the middle and stir-fry it. The reason why green onions go in is because it helps with the greasy taste.

Spread the ingredients evenly and add the flour water and bake over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Hold the pan and shake it. If it falls off well, it's done. If you fail to control the heat, the flour may burn, so cook slowly over low heat.

Turn over the plate that fits the size of the rice cake skewer and turn over the pan so that the rice cake skewer can be put on the plate. And spread the prepared rice cake skewer sauce. Don't put too much rice cake skewer from the beginning, but put it on little by little, and if it's not enough, put it on top and eat it.
