Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Slice shiitake mushrooms into slices to make them easy to eat.
STEP 2/8
Shred onions and carrots and chop green onions.
STEP 3/8
Pour 2 spoons of cooking oil into the wok and stir-fry mushrooms, onions, and carrots over medium heat. If you stir-fry it on low heat, water comes out.
