Making side dishes made with sweet potatoes
Sweet potatoes are one of the things we always have in winter. I made a special side dish with sweet potatoes that I bought this year as well.

Ingredients
  • sweet potato
    1ea
  • crushed garlic
    0.5T
  • Cooking oil
    2T
  • Water
    300ml
  • thick soy sauce
    3T
  • Oligosaccharide
    1T
  • Sesame oil
    0.5T
  • sesame salt
    0.5T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Wash the sweet potatoes clean, peel them, and cut them into cubes.
STEP 2/10
Place the sliced sweet potatoes in a pan and add 0.5T of minced garlic.
STEP 3/10
Add cooking oil about 2T and stir-fry sweet potatoes on high heat for about 2 minutes.
STEP 4/10
Add about 300ml of water and boil it down.
STEP 5/10
Add 3T of thick soy sauce and boil it down with water.
STEP 6/10
Close the lid for a while and cook the sweet potatoes.
STEP 7/10
When the sweet potatoes are cooked, open the lid and boil them down to dry.
STEP 8/10
Add 1T of oligosaccharide to braised sweet potatoes, stir-fry slightly, and turn off the heat.
STEP 9/10
Lastly, add 0.5T of sesame oil and 0.5T of sesame salt and mix them once.
STEP 10/10
Braised sweet potatoes with a sweet and salty taste are complete.
