STEP 1/4
Wash the Gongsimchae under running water.
Cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/4
Make the seasoning at once.
Mix all the seasonings according to the ingredients.
Soak dried peppers in hot water beforehand.
Don't chop the garlic into small pieces and cut it into big pieces.
STEP 3/4
Heat 1TB of food in a frying pan for 30 seconds.
Add garlic and pepper first
Add all the prepared seasoning.
Please add the Gongsimchae last.
STEP 4/4
It's really easy, right? It's done.
If you add it to the beer, it's a really delicious snack.
Add the water at the end. You don't need to add water. (Be careful not to burn it instead)
If you add water, it's good to mix rice with eggs.
Thai pepper as much as you want. If you don't have it, you can have fresh peppers
Don't mince garlic, just mash it.
Stir-fry within 1 minute for crunchy texture.
