Chop green onions into smaller pieces than medium anchovies.

After removing the intestines, put the anchovies in a dry pan and stir-fry them on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes until the texture of shrimp chips is reached.
However, if you stir anchovies often, you will get a lot of powder, so be careful.

Pour enough cooking oil in a pan, add chopped green onions and garlic, and stir-fry them over medium-low heat.

When the green onion and garlic turn golden, mix them with the stir-fried anchovies, add a pinch of salt, 3T of sugar, and mix them over low heat.
