STEP 1/5
Broccoli that looks strong!
If you turn the broccoli upside down and soak the flower part in water for more than 30 minutes, the flower will open and foreign substances will come out.
STEP 2/5
The broccoli's flowers are bite-sized, and the stems are cut only on the outside and cut into long pieces.
STEP 3/5
Soak the flowers in vinegar water for about 5 minutes. (If you press it on a plate, soak it in water.)
STEP 4/5
Boil water and thick salt in a pot.
When the water boils, put the stems of the washed broccoli first, put the flowers in 15 seconds, and then remove them all 40 seconds later.
STEP 5/5
Rinse it in cold water, put it in a compressed side dish container, put it in the refrigerator, and take it out little by little.
Broccoli doesn't bloom and it's good to have moisture^^
