I wanted to bring out the scent and taste of Naengi that smells good. It's good to go with meat or fish side dishes on a special day.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
You have to clean the naengmyeon well. Carefully remove the soil from the leaves and roots.

Cut the roots into small pieces,

Cut the leaves into 1 to 2cm lengths.

Chop the green onions.
STEP 5/11
It's delicious when you eat it with dalaejang because it's boring,
I'll make it simple.
Mix well the chopped dallae, dark soy sauce or amino soy sauce, red pepper powder, minced garlic, perilla oil, and water.

Grease a heated pan with olive oil and stir-fry minced garlic and green onions over low heat.
STEP 7/11
When garlic becomes transparent, stir-fry only the roots of the naengmyeon first.
STEP 8/11
When the roots become soft, stir-fry with mixed grain rice.
Season with thick soy sauce or a little salt.
I only seasoned a little bit of salt to eat it with dalaejang.

Lastly, add the cold leaves and stir-fry a little more.
STEP 10/11
Remove from the heat and put perilla oil on it
