Put 200g of bean sprouts in a bowl, receive enough water to cover the bean sprouts, rinse them 3-4 times, and put them in a strainer tray.

After a while, turn off the gas stove and let it steam for about 2 minutes with the lid on.

Add 0.7 tablespoons of tuna liquid and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, mix it gently, taste it, and add a little bit of salt if it is not enough

If you want to eat seasoned red bean sprouts, add red pepper powder in the middle.
If you mix bean sprouts while the heat is cold, the bean sprouts will become less thin.
