Making a bowl of spring greens and tuna bibimbap
Spring is a time when vegetables are fragrant and delicious. Among them, I really like stone vegetables. The crunchy and fragrant taste is really good. Today, we're going to make a stir-fried tuna bibimbap with tuna. The sour taste brings back my appetite.

    130g
  • instant rice
    1bowl
  • egg
    1ea
  • canned tuna
    1/2can
  • seaweed flakes
    1chopstick
  • red pepper paste
    1spoon
  • Vinegar
    2spoon
  • Sugar

    1ts
  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
Taste and adjust to taste.
STEP 2/7
Add the marinade to the stone greens and mix gently with chopsticks.
Dolnamul is weak, so you should never mix it strongly.
STEP 3/7
If you've mixed it well, I'll put sesame oil around it and wait for a while.
STEP 4/7
Prepare tuna oil by squeezing it lightly.
STEP 5/7
Please make a fried egg, too.
STEP 6/7
Place seasoned stone greens and tuna on top of rice.
STEP 7/7
And I'm done with a fried egg and seaweed flakes!
Feel free to add or subtract the sauce to your taste. Dolnamul is weak, so make sure to mix it gently.
