How to make simple pork belly rice with a bowl of food
I grilled pork belly on the weekend and put the leftover in the freezer. Since the remaining pork belly is only 3 rows long, the amount of grilled pork belly is not enough, so I made a seasoned pork belly rice and ate it. It was so delicious because the sauce was not salty and worked well. A bowl of food is also easy to eat and tastes good. I added perilla leaves and it smells good. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
The ingredients are very simple.
I prepared 3 rows of pork belly.
Prepare onions and perilla leaves by washing them clean and shredding them.

The seasoning is soy sauce based on soy sauce.
Please make it in advance and prepare it.
Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 5 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, a little bit of sesame salt, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper powder and mix well.
Add half of Cheongyang red pepper and mix them together.

Let's grill the meat for the rice bowl
Grill pork belly first in a preheated frying pan.

When it's cooked back and forth, add onions and cook it.

When the meat is done, cut it into bite-size pieces.

Then pour the pre-made sauce evenly over onions and meat and boil it down over low heat for about a minute.

Put rice in a bowl first and add grilled onions and pork belly.
Sprinkle pepper, sesame salt, and chives evenly on top.
Then add the shredded perilla leaves and add the preferred eggs.
