Clean apples, cucumbers, and perilla leaves and soak them in vinegar water for about 5 minutes.

Cut cucumbers into easy-to-cut sizes, except for the seeds, and shred them.

Then add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and marinate for 15 minutes.

Slice the apple the same as the cucumber.
I cut all the apples except for the seeds.

Add 2 pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar to two eggs and mix well.

Salad gimbap is crunchy with plenty of ingredients.
