Add 1T soy sauce, 1T cooking wine, 1T sugar, 1.5T cooking ingredients and make the sauce.
Bring the sauce to a boil, mixing well over low heat.
Barley shrimp is seasoned, so you don't have to season it hard.And when the sauce starts to boil, you stir-fry it first
Add the barley shrimp and mix the sauce well
