STEP 1/4
1. Remove the roots of the green garlic stand~ Remove the yellow leaves~ Trim the outer skin and wash it well.

=> If the white part of the green garlic stand is very plump, it is recommended to cut the white part in half before blanching.

4. Put the green garlic stand in the bowl1T of ground sesame. 1/6T of fine salt.1T of sesame oil. 1T of vinegar.Add 1T of red pepper powder, 1T of oligosaccharide, 1T of red pepper paste, and mix it well
Try it after you season it and add more seasoning to suit your taste
