How to make boiled anchovies and ssambap
I bought a bag of fresh anchovies today because I was glad to see them at the market. I'm going to cook raw anchovies and make anchovies with rice. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Wash the anchovies in water.

Rinse anchovies in soju water.
STEP 3/14

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.

Pour in water or rice water.

When it starts to boil, turn down to medium heat, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.
