STEP 1/10
First, parboil the pork ribs in boiling water for a while.
STEP 2/10
Take out the blanched pork ribs.
STEP 3/10
Make cuts and halves so that pork ribs can be cooked well.
STEP 4/10
Place ripe kimchi leaves on the bottom of the stainless steel pot. If you have onions, slice them into 1cm apart instead of ripe kimchi.
(*You need to cook in a stainless steel pot. It's half anhydrous dish)
I put in half a cup of water because I put cabbage leaves on it. If you peeled onions, skip half a cup of water and cook without water^^
STEP 5/10
Place the meat a little more than half flat.
STEP 6/10
Spread the ripe kimchi on top of the pork ribs and put it on top.
STEP 7/10
Put all the remaining pork ribs between the ripe kimchi and cover them with cabbage leaves so that the meat cannot be seen outside.
STEP 8/10
Please add about 3 spoons of plum extract.
I roughly put it in by eye measurement^^
STEP 9/10
Cover the stainless steel pot and simmer over low heat for about an hour.
Don't open the lid in the middle, but open it after about 45 minutes and make sure the meat is cooked.
Bring to a boil a little longer if it is not cooked.
STEP 10/10
Braised pork ribs with kimchi is done.
Cut the meat and kimchi into bite-size pieces and enjoy them^^
Instead of pork ribs, you can cook with pork front legs, hind legs, or pork belly.
If you cook with fresh pig rings, it doesn't smell like pork^^
Onions and pork are placed on a stainless steel pot, and I often make unsalted boiled pork, but even if I put nothing in it, the meat didn't smell bad.
I love stainless steel pot^^
