Sweet Tteokbokki
Usually, I'm most confident in tteokbokki, but I've only enjoyed watching 10,000 recipes, and for the first time, I'm posting my tteokbokki recipe!The reason why I started making sweet tteokbokki is that my husband's favorite menu since he was a student.That's why I usually try it, so my skills have improved!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
After roasting the rice cake in water, soak it in water for about 10 minutes.It's a procedure to make the liver cut well.

Rinse the fish cake with hot water to remove impurities.
Please cut it into the right size.I personally like big fish cakes, so I cut them big.

When 400ml of water boils, add 4T of red pepper paste first, and then 4T of starch syrup.The point is to put in the seasoning that makes it sweet first.Add 1T of brown sugar for flavor.
Lastly, add 1T of thick soy sauce to season.

Adding rice cake and fish cake at the same time also tastes better because fish cake is soggy.Next, shred the onion.

Bring to a boil over high heat, cover the pan and simmer.When it boils up, lower it to medium heat and boil it down within 10 minutes.
